South Florida Keller Williams Realtors Cindy Abraham. We are holding steady at 89 active condo listings and 20 homes/townhomes listed. However, things did pick up during the month of February. Nine condos and one townhome went under contract although only 5 condos closed.

As for rentals, there are 10 active condo listings and 13 active homes/townhomes. Three condos went under contract, and 3 closed; a 2/2 for $2200 per month and two 1/1/1 units rented for $1440 and $1575. One furnished townhome went under contract in 20 days that was listed
at $5,200.

When looking at pending sales, keep in mind that those that have been on the market more than 6 months have probably been lowered several times. When pricing your property, don’t look at the active listings, look at the closed sales.
