Current budgets, reserve information, inspection reports, and details of planned work help buyers understand what they are purchasing. Owners preparing to sell should obtain current association documents and be ready to explain approved assessments and known projects accurately. A renovated kitchen, attractive bathrooms, a clean balcony, and professional photography can help a condominium stand out. Those improvements work best when the asking price reflects comparable sales and the competition buyers can see today.
