It\u2019s wishful thinking to expect them to ignore market value.<\/p>\n \u00a0 <\/span>That said, we\u2019re not against taking a shot\u2014but we are clear-eyed. If your property is overpriced and you are not getting showings, the market is speaking. No interest means no offers. Don\u2019t kill your chance of selling before you even begin.<\/p>\n \u00a0 <\/span>At the end of the day, this business is about trust, transparency, and teaching.
